Registration Fees

Please, at the moment of effectuating the payment, you must introduce the amount in Chilean pesos (CLP) according to the details in the provided table. Additionally, in “Nombre” (name), you must put the event name (OPW2023) followed by your name and surname and the category for which you are paying (e.g., researcher). Therefore, this process must be as the following example: OPW2023 Marco Campos Researcher.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of the registration must be notified in writing to the OPW2023 Secretariat at opw2023@ufrontera.cl. Cancellations notified after October 2023 will receive a refund discounting the 87000 CLP (~100 USD) administration expenses. If the Workshop is canceled for reasons beyond the organizers’ control, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting the expenses incurred by the Workshop.
If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the Workshop Secretariat will refund the paid registration fees. Refunds will only be processed when the congress secretariat has received a copy of the refusal letter before November 2023.
